I think this makes the game look better and more realistic if one can qualify anything from Skyrim as realistic. The jiggle is still there, just not as obvious. Usually, in clothes, even when loose, the breasts don't jiggle that much since they are wrapped up in clothes. This preset is meant for those wanting a realistic style to breasts and butt movements. Sure, it's fun to have nice boucing physics for breasts and butt but not when it looks like jello or as if I am constantly watching a slow mo anime XXX game with a woman running towards the camera with breasts bouncing like crazy wearing tight clothes.
